About

To enhance communication with the platform’s agents, I redesigned a series of emails to follow a consistent structure and cohesive visual design. This approach ensured stability and synchronization across all messages, facilitating clear and professional communication that reinforces the platform’s identity and improves the overall experience for the agents.

Goals

Visual consistency: ensuring all emails share the same identity so they are easily recognized as official communications from the platform.
Reading efficiency: using a simple structure, clear visual hierarchy, and straightforward language.

Conclusions

By creating standard emails with a simple and consistent structure, communication with the agents was unified, which made the messages easier to understand and strengthened the platform’s identity, thereby improving both efficiency and the overall user experience.
