Final Proyect Up Grade Hub
March 23th
Tinpet is a mobile app designed as the final project for my UX/UI Bootcamp at Upgrade Hub. It addresses a real social issue: the high rate of pet abandonment. Many people adopt animals without fully understanding the responsibility involved, leading to difficult situations for both pets and shelters.
Users often lack the necessary information to make thoughtful decisions about pet adoption. They need a simple, supportive way to evaluate their readiness and find a suitable pet.
Create a product with a positive social impact, demonstrating a full UX/UI design process.
Help future pet owners make informed, responsible adoption decisions by providing guidance, support, and access to available animals.

This project taught me how to balance emotional design with practical functionality. I learned to approach complex, sensitive topics through a user-centred lens and how good design can empower users to make better, more responsible decisions.
What would I improve today?
I would be much more careful about the flow and the consistency of fonts and icons.
